EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
APT bases its policy on building the confidence of its customers in the reliability of its Services
With that, APT reassures its customers that upon delivery of the goods:
a meticulous check of the goods must be made by the customer in the presence of the deliverer
Any case of Non-compliance noted by the customer must be reported to the delivery person who will report it to APT Management for a correction, if necessary, as soon as possible.
APT undertakes to exchange Any merchandise that has suffered damage as a result of our Services
The customer will sign a delivery note after receipt of the goods duly verified by the customers with the delivery person
APT declines all responsibility for products reported Non-compliant or damaged after signing the delivery note.
NB: the packaging of certain products will not necessarily be
Identical to those present on our site
We reassure our customers that this does not take away from the fact that the
Product remains the same
